Total Let Go Cathartic Healing Pleasure Activist Transformative Release Dance Party
00:08:46, performance-based music video
2025
Developed during Ploegendienst and presented at Autumn Gather Together, Plaatsmaken, Arnhem, 2025
Curated by Sunflower Soup

Four near-strangers were brought together through the project and decided to make a music video. Without knowing much about one another or having made many plans in advance, they tried to find a way of working together. They began with a sound exercise around the feeling of suppression; what followed was largely improvised, ending with the four dancing together to music.
